Inbound Safari Transfer (Inbound)

Outbound Safari Transfer (Outbound)
On your check-out day, enjoy a guided morning return safari back from the rest house to the reserve exit gate, maximizing your wildlife tracking opportunities. Return safari transfer from the lodging to the park exit gate on check-out day morning.
Meals, Cooking & Forest Rules
Strict forest department bylaws apply inside the core area. Please review these rules carefully to ensure a seamless stayout experience.
No matter which rest house you book, carrying or consuming non-vegetarian food and alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the core tiger reserve. Violations are punishable by heavy fines or arrest under the Wildlife Protection Act.
Please note that all FRH base package tariffs exclude food and canteen charges. As per official forest department regulations, all meal expenses must be settled directly with the canteen or kitchen staff on-site.
Rest houses in Dhikala, Gairal, and Bijrani feature active canteens run by KMVN or the forest department. In these locations, self-cooking is strictly prohibited. Guests must purchase buffet meals directly at the canteen on-site. Self-cooking is strictly forbidden at Dhikala, Gairal, and Bijrani.
Personal cooking equipment, gas stoves, and self-cooking are strictly forbidden at Dhikala Forest Rest House. All meals are vegetarian buffets served in the canteen.
- Sunset Gate Curfew
You must cross the CTR entry gate before the designated sunset closure deadline. Late gate entry is forbidden.
- Zero Night Walking
Stepping out of the fenced rest house compounds after sunset is strictly prohibited due to predator movement.
- Official Permits Only
Spot room bookings or walk-ins are not possible. Valid CTR-registered permits are compulsory.
- Wildlife Ethics
Littering, flash photography, shouting, and playing music are prohibited within the sanctuary boundaries.
